They can provide individual information concerning membership, application, fees, payments and others.

The Internet Café is located in the exhibition area, at the exhibition hall “Dogana” (at the balcony). Please follow the signs. All participants are invited to use the internet access free of charge.

PERMANENT POSTERPermanent posters will be exhibited in the “Casinofoyer” and the “Künstlerfoyer” of the congress center from Monday, 18 February to Wednesday, 20 February 2008.

Posters must be dismounted on Wednesday, until 12:00 a.m. at latest.

You will have 3 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion of your poster. The following details will facilitate processing of your poster:

ABSTRACT PRESENTATION
7 minutes for each abstract presentation. In exceptional cases, advice will have been provided of a talk length differing from this on acceptance of the talk.
Chairpersons are urged to ensure that the length of the talk is strictly complied with, as is the course of the program!
DISCUSSION3 minutes after each presentation.
Each speaker should state his
or her name and where he or she is from prior to giving the talk.

The data medium should be submitted to the speakers preview room at latest 2 hours prior to the talk. Each speaker can review his or her talk again there on the computer system and still make changes if necessary. Our technicians will be more than pleased to help you.
Videos must be submitted to the preview room and reviewed at the latest
2 hours prior to start of the talks session. There must be a separate file available for the videos. Please submit files in Windows-compatible format (avi).
An overhead projector is available at short notice.
The preview room is located on the ground floor of Congress Innsbruck and is signposted accordingly.
One important aspect for speakers in the morning meetings: please submit your presentations as early as the evening before so as to avoid a „mad rush“ in the early morning.
We will once again be offering you the option of submitting your talk in electronic form in advance before the congress.
